Construction and Development (DPS)

South East Consortium launches new Construction and Development Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This DPS replaces the expiring New Build Framework we procured in 2020. It’s been designed to help customers build social and affordable homes, with the majority of the work taking place in London & the South East. However the DPS will be available to all public sector contracting authorities across the UK.

The model is open for new entrants to join up until Sept 2028. Between now and then any of our members or the wider public sector can use the DPS to compliantly run mini tenders for their development programmes. This DPS model provides more flexibility both for buyers and the supply chain. It is an attractive way to support SMEs and other contractors to have a chance to price relevant development projects that they can fulfil.
