The proposed Belmont Road development is a multi-tenure residential development, comprising 80 houses and are a mixture of family homes both 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom and Bungalows which will include 28 units for both Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership. Thurrock Regeneration Limited [a Thurrock Council SPV] – has engaged a competent contractor Engie Regeneration Ltd to develop the designs and construct the buildings on the former allotment site in Grays, Essex under a JCT 2016 D&B Contract. It is envisaged that the construction works, including any enabling works will take between 18 – 24 months.
