About the Awards

The 2025 Essex Housing Awards (EHA) in association with Birketts, CHP and Estuary Housing Association recognises high-quality developments, services and individuals from the public, private and voluntary sectors and promotes best practice across the county.

The 2025 winners were revealed on Thursday 16 October at Hylands House.

Many thanks to all those who submitted entries into the 2025 EHA, and to our sponsors and supporters. This year saw a record number of entries across all 12 categories and culminated in a sold-out ceremony at our new, larger venue.
