New HAPPI scheme, Calcutta Road - Tilbury

Kind & Co has been appointed as the main contractor for the new build development of 35 residential properties for the ‘Over 55’s. The scheme will provide 35 residential units meeting the ‘HAPPI’ principals and will incorporate both internal and external, communal, residential and public community space for the use of the wider community. The construction works will commence in March 2019 and will last for a duration of 80 weeks.
