Two weeks left to apply to the Essex Housing Awards 2026!

The Essex Housing Awards 2026, in association with Birketts and Delta Housing, is accepting entries until 5 pm Friday 12 June.

Builders, housing associations, local authorities, contractors, agents and voluntary sector organisations delivering housing schemes, projects or services in Essex, believe in your team’s achievements over the year and take the next step by submitting your entry now.

As a housing award, we aim to support Essex’s committed housing sector to take a moment to reflect, recognise, and celebrate what matters most – the positive impact your work is making on the lives of Essex residents.

The 2025 Large Housing Schemes (101+ homes) award, sponsored by Birketts, winner, Laura Slade, Marketing & Bid Coordinator at JTP LLP, reflected on her team’s achievement: “Having our work recognised at these awards is always an inspiring and fantastic achievement. The Mo Slade Rising Star Award

This year, we have introduced two new categories: the Inclusive Growth and Social Value Award and the Partnership of the Year Award. The first recognises organisations that have embedded social value within their housing, regeneration or development activity in a way that delivers measurable and lasting benefit for Essex residents and places, and the next celebrates partnerships that have played a critical role in delivering housing, regeneration or related outcomes in Greater Essex.
